Your free consultation with a NBNY personal trainerĀ  will last around 30 - 40 minutes, takes place at your home or whereever is easiest for you. It is completely free of charge and without obligation.
We will discuss the following:

  • your exercise & medical history
  • your goals & objectives
  • your lifestyle, eating habits and level of fitness
  • health checks & tests ( eg blood pressure and resting heart rate) which may be used on an ongoing basis to monitor your progress

For mum's to be and new mummys, we will also discuss:

  • details of your pregnancy
  • your birth experiences where relevant
  • your post natal recovery and previous pregnancies (if applicable)
  • rehabilitation assessment of core muscles

This discussion will help us devise a personalised training programme which fits your needs and circumstances.

This is also the time for you to feel comfortable with your potential trainer. Please ask questions to establish whether we are right for you. We believe personal training requires commitment, confidence and compatibility on both sides and want you to get the most out of your sessions with NBNY Trainers.
